My name is Julie Richard and I am a Lake Charles native.

I have always loved photography and spent years learning and experimenting as a hobby.  Getting just the right lighting in a picture, just the right amount on light on a face - how awesome to capture that fleeting moment!  I absolutely love what I do!  It is definitely the highlight of my day when I am able to capture unique moments in time. 

I recently created a collage for a friend of her son for Father's Day - the result was a father with tears in his eyes.  That is success to me.  That is what I strive to do in every session - connect and capture.  Capture so much of the individual that the result will be one of emotion.
